Dark apron should match or complement Saddle Suit or Day Coat and be of ankle length when Jodhpur boots are worn. Jodhpurs and Jodhpur boot tops are not to show beneath apron.

If high boots are worn, then apron may be slightly shorter, but right foot remains completely covered.

For formal classes after 6 p.m., the saddle seat rider may wear a habit with matching apron, jodhpur and tuxedo style jacket in dark grey, dark brown, dark blue or black. Collars and lapels are to be in the same color as jacket; when in satin, the apron may be trimmed with a matching satin band down the buttoned edge. A saddle seat style top hat is worn without veil.
